Always room for
There never is.
One book replaces another,
even with two inches between them
when one falls they all fall.
It’s what I dream of:
endless rows of books,
refugee families housed
videos of cats.
Happy elbows.

Went into my posts for quick edit and found the right category and updated, and here it is.
Great idea. I think a comma after ‘housed’ would help – I misread it as refugee families housing cat videos at first. Unless, of course, that’s what’s meant.
Oh yes , those commas make all the difference.
